Job description, responsibilities and duties

The position´s core responsibilities:

1. Working with project teams to understand work, tasks and project assignments.
2. Must gain working knowledge of current processes and become an expert in the assigned projects/processes.
3. Reviewing and preparing project proposals, BRS, Business process mapping and present them to other related departments that are involved in the respective projects.
4. Participating in strategic management initiatives.

Other responsibilities:
• Initiates and maintains control of the project in relation to aims, goals, policies, and objectives of the organization.
• Rolls up all project deliverables and ensure accuracy.
• Ensures that each team member understands their responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Develops local and corporate level reports for statistical analysis.
• Prepares project proposals, Business Requirement Specification, and Business Analysis.
• Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to project team.
• Maps new business processes, evaluates existing processes, assists in making required adjustments and encourages process innovation.
• Identifies, analyses and responds to project risks- keeps internal teams informed about project issues that may impact the project
• Obtains required approvals or permits from stakeholders and internal departments, as required.
• Attends business and/or technical advisory meetings.
• Communicates ideas for improving company processes to senior management.
• Attends project coordination meetings as requested or required, track the progress and quality of work being performed.
• The project coordinator serves as the point person for the project.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years’ experience in fields related to the duties of the position.
• Proficient in compiling data, reports and information into comprehensive overviews and recaps.
• Must possess stellar interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess computer skills for word processing and spread sheets.
• Must have an understanding of statistical analysis and business process mapping.
• Must be able to work effectively with analysts, administrative, technical and managerial staff.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must have a sound knowledge of project and process management principles, BPM Modelling.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to direct staff and effectively plan and schedule work.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
• Understanding of Microsoft Project, BPM tools – Blueworks, ARIS, etc.
• Soft IT skills.
