Providing on-the-floor / on-site training & couching for new starters
Developing the team performance in relation to efficiency & quantity measures and quantity, first contact resolu-tion
Supporting the Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Supervisor
Conducting development feedback session
Recommending processes improvements
Dealing with customers either by telephone, e-mails, fax, letter or other media
Researching required information using available resources
Principal accountabilities:
Day to day team training & couching to best & most effectively handle customer contacts
Dealing with the escalations
Ensuring the KPIs and SLAs are maintained
Providing customers with correct and complete information
Ensuring the contact logging software is correctly used to allow reports and analysis
The position has 4 main aims:
1. Develop & train Customer Service Representatives
2. Be focused on Customer Service KPIs and processes improvement
3. Work as part of customer service team
4. Answering customers´ inquiries as per the company´s standards
