Senior Sales Manager

• control and management of sales department of four members
• co-operation with senior management in questions of company´s future development and strategic direction
• planning and implementation of all activities within marketing mix to reach sales and financial targets
• management of all marketing and sales activities
• maintenance and development of business relations with key clients
• fostering relations with other departments within the company
• development of sales and business plans and specific reports and analysis
• leading key negotiation with clients in Slovakia and/or abroad
• active searching for new products and services do extend product portfolio and improve customers´ satisfaction
• looking for new large business projects (by time and value) and their management by rules of project management
• leading business/technical negotiations with business clients
