Validation engineer / Tester

- As a member of eBanking ICS EMEA team, contribute to a project for validating our customer solutions
- Define validation and integration strategy, evaluate workload by assessing efficiency versus cost
- Prepare test plans and perform validation tests
- Work closely with the project team members throughout the whole project lifecycle in order to ensure testability of the component, rapid feedback to developers and good quality of the resulting solution
Guaranty that our solutions are reliable, secure and stable, with the right level of usability and delivered with a comprehensive set of documentation

Responsibilities:

- Define validation strategy and write validation test plans, ensuring the full coverage of functional and technical requirements
- Define the integration strategy and participate in the acceptance test plan writing
- Follow the company Quality System SLC (Software Life Cycle) / CDLC (Custom Development Life Cycle)
- Define and setup the test environments required for the validation & integration campaigns and the acceptance
- Develop and execute test campaigns, report detected issues to the development team and propose solutions to eliminate the root cause
- Report the validation campaign status, in form of a validation result document and a list of remaining anomalies. Organize validation reviews with project team
- Verify compliancy of the solution with international or national standards or other regulations
- Raise quality issues on software and documentation and make recommendations for improvement to ICS team and R&D
- Participate in the solution deployment and integration at the customer’s premises and support the acceptance testing
- Prepare training material for administration and operation of the solution, provide training material to trainers or end-users
