Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Accountable for the implementation of LO (light oil) pricing strategies in Central & Eastern Europe and for evaluating market information.
Responsibility for daily pricing decisions, proposing pricing tactics modifications on store level to respond to market changes.

• Develop / implement systems to monitor retail pricing activities.
• Maintain competitive price survey files.
• Make pricing decisions consistent with the pricing strategies, taking the LO volume/margin optimization into consideration.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the systems to support the analysis of pricing and market / intelligence.
• Analyze sales and margins reports to recommend changes to tactics.
• Develop close working relationships with field personnel to ensure implementation of strategies and prices.
• Initiate, participate in development and implement advertising / promotional campaigns in the support of LO sales.
• Gain knowledge of the competitive environment of each store.
• Maintain the fleet card related administration.
• Ensure adherence to high company standards for safety, environmental awareness and business ethics.
