Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Accountable for insuring proper administration of convenience products vendors documents (invoices) as well as taking active role in dealing with vendors regarding to new EDI (electronic data interchange) contracts, testing and maintaining EDI communication in terms of business.

Key Accountabilities:
• Ensure smooth vendors documents processing through our system (e.g. invoices)
• Ensure smooth communication of convenience products data between office and sites
• Ensure to have the most of the vendors on EDI.
Key Activities:
• Ensure all invoices match and are paid on time /including EDI.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve EDI issues.
• Manually process and archive invoices of non-EDI vendors
• Ensure adherence to high company standards for safety, environmental awareness and business ethics.
• Make sure all vendors documents (invoices) are processed timely
• Make sure that all EDI contracts and communication with vendors are according to highest possible level.
• Make sure that transfer of invoice documents through EDI goes in timely manner
• Make sure that communication regarding convenience products between sites and office goes in timely manner
• Monitor the market trends and inform the rest of marketing group about it

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)
