Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Undertake all administration associated with the Supply and Transportation of wet products from contracted suppliers to the company's retail stores, Issuing Commercial Sales Invoices .
• Process wet product and transportation invoices, ensuring they are accurate, comply with agreed contracts and ensure they are paid on time..
• Commercial Sales invoice processing and appropriate data maintenance in SAP
• Monitor the payment of invoices is made on time and ensure any agreed credit limits are maintained for commercial customers.
• Maintain all S&T records, monitoring product losses and analyzing the cause of losses.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring the process for maintaining stock at the stations is maintained so that stations do not run out of wet products.
• Coordinate fuel deliveries from Suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels at sites and at terminals
• Back up of Assistant
