Job description, responsibilities and duties
Core Mission:
- To enhance & maintain the current VAS back-end solution and pave the way for next back-end product evolutions.
- The team will use Agile development processes, possibly Scrum and will work closely with other eB R&D teams in Singapore, Sweden & France
Responsibilities:
- To develop or improve VAS interface/integration with other eBanking products like Mobile EPS or new Ezio tokens (according to needs defined by other eB R&D teams)
- Update VAS to support/benefit from new OS and software components (according to IT product evolutions)
- Development of multiple new features (according to priorities and specifications defined by product Manager)
- Bug fixes and SL3 support (according to request coming from SL2).
Build system: The lab, IT and development environment are installed in Prague and may require enhancement as well to improve test coverage & better interface with other R&D, ICS & SL2 teams (Mercurial migration).

- At least 5 years of work experience in C/C++ Software Development
- Experience in backend systems
- Knowledge of scripting languages like bash, python
- Good knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle, MS SQL)
- Experience with development in Windows and Linux/Unix platform
- Good development practices in unit/system tests, continuous integration, architecture
- Very good analytical mind, creativity, result oriented
