Business intelligence operations engineer

This Department provides complex solutions in the risk, business intelligence and finance areas.
It’s main role is:
Provide effective and efficient solutions and services for company risk, BI and finance departments
Support cross business lines solutions, integrator role, identify synergies and dependencies in complex requirements
Responsibility for IT strategy and architecture in given areas
Responsibility for Data architecture, key role in data management
Run complex projects; assure efficient delivery of changes and smooth operation with high quality hence effective maintenance.

This team is key internal IT provider in the mentioned areas dealing with increasing number of demands with growing complexity. It has high importance for company management and operation, is partner for group CRO, CFO and COO as well as for local banks in CEE countries.

Job Description

• Run BI processing activities within a team of technicians for the whole chain of BI landscape starting from source system load over transformation and calculations up to report generation.
• 1st and 2nd level support for job processing as well as operations of BI solutions
• Participate in projects to assure smooth handover to operations by handling non-functional requirements
• Monitoring of and reporting for operations of BI application landscape
• Incident and Problem Management for BI application landscape

Operating “the engine” of a growing BI application landscape as part of an international operations team within company group
High level of influence and impact as part of the team growing operations to serve increasing amount of demand, new applications, new internal and external requirements
