Together with business colleagues from the Risk Management Business Area, depatment is involved in projects which on, one hand address regulatory needs, whilst on the other render improvements to the way how business operates.
This team is aimed on business needs in Workouts, Credit Risk Parameters, Compliance, Security, Compliance other Risk Topics in general.
Your responsibilities
Responsible for turning Business's ideas and requests into tangible concepts/requirement specs for implementation.
Writing of Program and Product Documentation and maintenance thereof
Participation in Training Efforts for End-users as well as internal Staff
Preparation, tracking and hands-on support of tests (FAT, UAT)

• Ability to work in a tightly knit team - a team player
• Practical experience in similar role as a Business Analyst in a similar setting (e.g.: Workout, Credit Risk Parameters, Compliance, Security, OpsRisk) would be ideal.
• Experienced and trained in requirement engineering
• Able to work in complex, multicultural environments
• Good organisational skills, analytical skills, process and solution oriented
• High integration and communication skills
• Proficient in English - spoken and written
Work environment: Based in Vienna with occasional trips to the Group's CEE Entities might be required
