Job description, responsibilities and duties
Scope of Responsibilities:
Access Billing Management 3PT team is responsible for invoice payments to vendors for Third Party Transport services that are delivered to client customers. Vendor Transition Team within ABM 3PT team is responsible for customer and vendor onboarding activities from vendor billing perspective when network sourcing deal is signed between client, customer and vendor.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility of the vendor transition team member is to clarify the novation details from the vendor billing perspective, work the transition follow up with the vendor in case of missing data, finalize the inventory file to be loaded to client billing tool, and validate the loaded inventory against the first invoice received. Vendor transition team member cooperates with client internal teams who are involved in network sourcing of particular customer/s.
Other Responsibilities:
• fall-out resolution (clarifying whether the invoices received are legitimate for 3PT ABM invoicing team to be processed);
• support of inventory transitions to client billing tool from legacy billing tool;
• configuration management, service order activity updates in the billing tool for out-of process orders.
