Job description, responsibilities and duties
Infrastructure Project Manager
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project management of our European base, following up on the implementation of base construction plans, production line and equipment development plans, and product introduction plans;
2. Responsible for collecting and organizing upgrade issue reports for overseas base projects, providing them to management for decision-making, and following up on problematic decisions;
3. Coordinate with business departments such as factories, production line design, quality, finance, procurement, etc. for overseas base projects, and promote related work;
4. Responsible for organizing overseas base project meetings, following up on project progress and resolving related issues;
5. Responsible for the formulation and optimization of project management process specifications for overseas bases.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above is preferred, with more than five years of experience in infrastructure project management, and relevant experience in the new energy vehicle, new energy battery or equipment industry is preferred;
2. Having rich experience in project management and production;
3. Having excellent team collaboration experience;
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
5. Work location in Slovakia.

Brief description of the company
GIB (Gotion InoBat Batteries) is the Joint venture between Slovakian start-up InoBat and Chinese Company Gotion High Tech, created to develop the first battery gigafactory in Slovakia in Šurany. The Šurany factory will be located on a 65-hectare area and will create thousands of jobs. In the initial development stage, it will have a capacity of 20 GWh, but it has the potential to reach a capacity of up to 40 GWh. The targeted start of production (“SOP”) in Q2/2026 and full-scale production is scheduled for 2027.
