Shop manager

For a leading Italian brand in the fashion industry, we are looking for a SHOP MANAGER for the point of sale in Bratislava.

We require:
Ability to manage a small team of shop assistants
Ability to communicate effectively with the mother Company and with suppliers
Very good presence
Excellent communication skills
Orientation to proactive sales, advising the customer on garments which might be suitable
Ability to handle any complaints
Willingness to work in 8 hours shifts on five days and weekends
Fluency in English
A previous experience in a similar role

We also require:
Knowledge of the Brand
Knowledge of the garments of the collection
