Promoting and ensuring the management of HR in line with the needs of business development and the Group’s guidelines.
Main responsibilities include:
• Ensuring the correct payroll management partnering with external payroll provider;
• Labour relations and local Trade Unions management;
• Preparing personnel cost budget and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends;
• Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential;
• Managing personnel hired locally in full compliance with local law;
• Complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions;
• Managing relationship with local Insurers;
• Improving manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees;
• Recruiting personnel according to company need (pre-screening, CV screening, managing interviews, negotiating offers, managing placements);
• Implementing salary policies and programs management (fixed, variable) and benefits in line with business requirements and Group’s guidelines.
• Periodically carry out compensation analyses verifying the correct positioning of the internal and external salaries and proposing the appropriate revisions ensuring confidentiality and equity management.
