Continuous Improvement Manager Europe/ Automotive industry

For their corporate organization, we are exclusively searching for a dynamic individual to take on the role of:

Continuous Improvement Manager Europe / Automotive industry

Your main responsibilities:

- You cover all the plants in Europe for the implementation of Continuous Improvement strategies for Production, Quality, Industrialization, Methods, Projects, Supply Chain and other support functions involved in operations.
- You set up relevant excellence solutions across business units and drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives from corporate to plant level.
- You lead workshops to drive initiatives and solutions across the plants and network.
- You define and implement the suitable lean tools according to the business strategy.
- You analyse and report improvements through audits and KPIs
- You lead directly a small team of Continuous Improvement specialists and you cooperate with the plants continuous Improvement managers.

Who we are looking for:
• Multi-sites Automotive Industry Background: Relevant expertise on a multi-sites Continuous Improvement management level within the Automotive industry.

• Proactive Pioneer: A responsible and proactive mindset, coupled with the ability to work with both strategical and operational issues.

• Experienced Mastermind: Past experience in Operations management (Plant, Production or Supply Chain), Coaching, and Lean Manufacturing Tools.

• Flexible Location Explorer: Based in Central Europe with a willingness to travel frequently to the plants across Europe.
