Company description:

The main activity of the company is the production of cranes and hoists. We are a member of GH S.A. group that includes companies in countries such as Spain, Portugal, France, Brazil, Mexico, China and USA. We have been present in Poland since 1995.

Essential duties & responsibilities:
• Development of sales’ network on the Czech and Slovak market;
• Market research and Development of sales’ strategy and fulfillment of the company’s sales plan;
• Providing regular and accurate sales plans, reports on business performance, according to the company’s requirements;
• Active sales and direct customer service (preparation of offers, contracts, negotiations, technical support);
• Flexible working time. Approx. 50% on site with customers + approx. 50% home office

Qualifications & experience:
• Experience in a similar position – minimum 3 years;
• Availability to travel;
• Knowledge of the industrial sector

Education:
• A candidate must have University Degree in Business or Technical Education;
• Native Czech and/or Slovak;
• Fluent English: spoken & written;
• Driving license

• Strong negotiation and self-organization skills;
• Productivity with a high level of initiative and self-motivation;
• Stress-resistance, concentration on results in a strict time conditions;
• Ability to identify customer’s needs and make strong and convincing proposals to clients that are visual, logical, fact based
