Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Process customer orders
- Provide administrative support to Customer Care teams as global business need requires
- Scan orders and packing lists
- Process and distribute NAFTA documents
- Responsible for archiving paper documents
- Provide backup support to the team as needed - including but not limited to:
* handling customer phone calls
* responding to emal inquires
* assisting with processing releases
* assisting with reports / metrics

Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Google Docs a plus
Familiar with SAP preffered
Experience in manufacturing environment a plus
