Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Provide contact between the production plant and design in technical issues related to electronics and SW of company products
- Manage and solve any tasks of electronic nature within production of optical and sorting machines, technical support of production
- Responsibility for final testing of products
- Responsibility for implementation of technical changes in area of electronics with the aim to improve products and replace old components
- Technical support of quality management (tester design, suppliers´ audit, search of preventive measures, etc.)
- In cooperation with development, responsibility for compliance of produced parts/products with CE/UL requirements
- Responsibility for development and maintenance of documentation necessary for production and documentation of real situation
- Responsibility for providing technical and methodical support for other technicians in debugging and failure search on the level of components placed on PCB
- Pro-actively participate in projects of sustainable improvement and initiate them individually
- Define and manage all production tasks in area of electronics and electrical engineering necessary to adapt the machine to specific customer requirements
- To implement product related trainings for internal needs, customers and suppliers (to share know how)
- Participate in installation and subsequent testing of the machines at the customers
- To perform technical support for service personnel in the field, if necessary, to travel to the intervention site, to diagnose and repair equipment
- To participate in the improvement, testing, development of new machines and parts

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
- English language, communication level
- MS Office - advanced user
- §22 of Regulation 508/2009 Z. z., at least 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of: DSP, uP FPGA, CCD, LED, Laser, systems of industrial vision
- Control Panels/Switchgear Assemblies
- Good communication skills, Independence, creative thinking, proactive attitude
- Experience from other technical disciplines, especially mechanical engineering, enabling complex problem solving
- Ability to independently identify and solve practical technical problems
- Good understanding of controlled processes, Design and diagnosis of single-purpose uP control circuits
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing process
