Job description, responsibilities and duties
This position suits to a part timer with a possibility of moving to full time after a certain period of time!
* assisting with variety of admin tasks and in daily office needs
* preparing of paperwork for employees travelling abroad
* arranging flights, accommodations in cooperation with local and continental
travel agencies
* responsible for refreshments organisation for visitors
* creating purchase orders in FULLSTEP system
* communicating with local institutions and authorities and suppliers
*performing tasks based on orders from HR Generalist or Operation director
* later on, receptionist´s responsibilities will be performed according to the job
scope which will be specified later
