Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsibility for checking and finalizing the attendance of the whole company (4 sites) in the attendance system, communication of disagreements with the responsible managers and employees
• Processing payroll for all employees after approval of the head department (transport, logistics, finance) in accordance with the legislation of the SR
• Providing advice to employees in connection with attendance records and payroll (evidence of irregularities in the complaints process, a problem solving)
• Update staff and attendance system (entry of new workers, leaving of employees, staff adjustment of shift schedules, update personal data)
• Responsibility for the proper ordering and distribution of meal vouchers for all employees
• Responsibility for the personal files of all employees, their maintenance and update legislation in line with SR
• Active cooperation in implementing the ISO system for human resources, creating requested internal documents and guidelines, monitoring
• Activities related to the entry and exit of personnel (preparation of contracts, entry and exit documents, coordination of training and incorporation of input, etc.)
• Support in recruiting new staff (communication with applicants, preparing and participating in tenders)
• Responsibility for implementation of educational activities, including relevant documentation according to the plan of education (training of Health & safety, Fire safety, Forklift training, coordination of training organized by HR)
• Responsibility for the accuracy and processing monthly reporting in requested deadlines.
