As our VAT Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of VAT tax return, EC Sales list and Intrastat reports (depending on country's specific)
- VAT payment arrangements
- VAT results postings
- Monthly clearing of VAT accounts
- Identifying incorrect postings with most impact on VAT and following communication with AP team and ensure all corrections of tax codes are performed in agreed deadlines
- Reconciliation of VAT accounts
- Support local country in case of tax inspections
- Query handling
- Apply analytical thinking for working with Excel data
