Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your responsibilities will be:
• Organization Structure maintenance for EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region while ensuring all requests are approved by
appropriate personnel before processing them
• Define and assign approval limits to managers with approval from local/central Internal Controls
• Error investigation and proactive resolution of workflow issues
• Ensure that maintained attributes and approval levels are in line with MDLZ internal policies, such as Global Procurement Policy or EOC Data Visibility restrictions
• Ensure that defined substitutes and period for which they are active are in line with substitution guidelines provided by Internal Controls
• Extract and send "Annual Workflow SOX review" to identified managers/key users and process changes they submitted
• Ensure prompt completion of requests in a timely manner meeting SLAs
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Workflow related topics and support various projects within agreed scope
• Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or
compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct
