Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsible for the whole TAX activities and processes performance for assigned countries were done on time and with the highest standard of quality in main areas
• Execute Team leader role to keep the assigned cluster in a smooth run
• Perform the role of “Key-user” for the TAX area
• Identify areas for improvements and harmonization. Collaborate and lead in those projects where EBSC is involved as migrations, integrations, implementations, continuous improvement, testing, work shadowing, reference group. Ensure timely and proper implementation of agreed project outcomes.
• Ensure all process is performed in line with Internal control and SOX requirements. Ensure preparation of consistent data for internal and external audit purpose; Tax and Customs Authorities; keep professional and cooperative approach in dealing with these Authorities. Responsible for support of certain activities related to Statutory closing.
• Perform administrative tasks related to functional job or as assigned by direct manager.

Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• Strong understanding of accounting procedures, of GAAP principles, finance processes
• Previous accounting or VAT experience is a must, preferably 4-5 years
• Managerial skills & ability to conduct the trainings
• University Degree/ High School degree preferably in Economics / Accounting
• Fluent in oral/written English is a must and other European language is advantage
• Advanced level of MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
• Strong Understanding and knowledge of SAP
• Action oriented, proactive and resourceful in solving problems
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good coordination skills, ability to work effectively
• Good team player
• Previous accounting or VAT experience is a must, preferably 4-5 years
