Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- You will be a member of the team responsible for the calculation of Technical provisions, stress scenarios and sensitivities for Life business obligations within Solvency II Framework
- You will be required to prepare written report including the comments to the results, assessment of the appropriateness of adopted model, data quality, appropriateness of used assumptions and comparison of projections against experience
- Your advices by testing against experience will improve assessment of best estimate assumptions
- You will participate in the tasks related to Embedded value calculation and calculation of New Business Value
- You will contribute to the implementation of new products into the actuarial platform (Prophet) and to the enhancements and improvements of the models
- Your advices by analysing the new business and new products will improve the products features and reduce the risks
- You will participate in the tasks related to Planning

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

financial mathematics and/or statistics and/or actuarial sciences

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- At minimum 3 years of actuarial experience in Life business valuations
- Demonstrable Knowledge of Solvency II
- Knowledge of actuarial modelling platform (Prophet or MoSes)
- The ability to contribute to teamwork with commitment and motivation as well working independently
- The willingness to educate oneself
- Advanced in English language
