Lean Manager

• Implementation and development of LEAN methodology as part of GEFCO
Management System;
• Coordination of LEAN activities within GEFCO Subsidiary – in all Operational Sites and Head Office;
• Continuous Improvement of all operational processes to improve service level and minimize claims and non-conformities;
• Definition of Lean Management tools to be applied in led activities, conducting
trainings and workshops for process improvements;
• Cooperation and coordination of Lean and Quality activities in the field with Site
Quality Animators;
• Participation in GMS activities outside home entity to develop new tools and
methods of LEAN and to report / share results;
• Responsibility for targets and results delivery coming from the function;
