Account payable - receivable Team Leader (10772)

As the Lead Accounting Operations Manager, you will be part of a team in charge of providing accounting services to the legal entity operated by GE affiliates across a growing number of countries in Europe. On top of this, you will manage teams, take control of a wide range of finance operational activities in a designated country, and act as the liaison to the other GE businesses to help deliver strong services.

In summary, your main responsibilities will be:
- Leading and coordinating the local shared service team (10 to 12 peoples)
- Ensuring strong service delivery to external and internal suppliers and customers
- Acting as the contact for the business operational team by resolving any complex issues with invoices and payments, and investigating and resolving deficiencies with supplier
- Monitoring reconciliation and reviewing all related accounts
- Managing cross-functional communication with multiple GE operation and finance functions
- Monitoring metrics and ensuring controllership and compliance practices across operations
- Taking part of migrations or system implementations
