Your responsibilities will include:

• supporting the development and deployment of manufacturing roadmap
• core process strengthening
• new manufacturing process creation
• ensuring that industry benchmarking knowledge is maintained
• leading / supporting the development of advanced-use-case digitisation applications for the manufacturing operations
• operations support to plant manufacturing engineering
• new product introduction support
• new process introduction and deployment
• capacity deployment and capacity grow management for internal manufacturing
• standardisation of equipment and processes
• global procurement support for equipment localisation
• people development
• product roadmap support
• enhancement of design for manufacture activities
