Group’s core business functions and activities are concentrated in the Vienna
(Austria) headquarters of the company. Two of our fastest growing subsidiaries
(FREQUENTIS Solution and FREQUENTIS Slovakia)
are located in Bratislava and we are looking for a dynamic HR expert to complete
our team.

Your tasks:
- Recruit IT experts: create & promote job descriptions, conduct interviews,
negotiate contracts
- Build and expand candidate network in the IT domain
- Promote Frequentis as an attractive employer in Bratislava
- Manage growth and facilitate a working environment with high employee
engagement
- Close cooperation with local management and HR colleagues from other
subsidiaries
