Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a HR Manager who supports the realization of Franke's new EU colored sink factory in Strečno. When the organisation is in place, the focus will move to continuous essential HR duties.

Your responsibility

  • New factory HR project management (budget, timeline, scope and quality) and compliance with local rules and regulations as well as Franke standards;
  • Organizing, enabling, supervising and directing the work of the HR team;
  • In cooperation with the managers, set the requirements and job descriptions;
  • Execute the recruitment plan for new functions and additional positions;
  • Identify training needs and execute training programs for all personnel;
  • Create and maintain a succession plan and development of potential;
  • Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
  • Support projects relevant to the business such as restructuring, changes to terms and conditions of employment or remuneration;
  • Contribute to the divisional strategic and HR plans by supporting the business and the wider HR teams as appropriate;
  • Implement continuous improvement to policy, process, service in response to employee and management feedback;
  • Be a trusted professional through building relationships with key stakeholders, managers and the wider HR team;
  • Provide proactive, professional HR support and solutions that meet business needs.
