Job description, responsibilities and duties

Conducts financial operations as billing and invoicing;
Make travel arrangements for employees;
Takes care of reservations and all necessary arrangements for visitors;
Supports management with the preparation of a variety of documents including reports, presentations including analyses;
Office management;
Supports recruitment activities as invitation on interviews, candidates database creation and providing the feedback to candidates;
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
