Senior Application Consultant

Senior Application Consultant will be focusing on application maintenance for internationally recognized customer. Main focus is support throughout the lifecycle of applications like HP ALM, JIRA, Confluence, Teamcity and other kinds of applications (e.g. Planview, Crowd, qTest, Bitbucket, Subversion, Sonatype Nexus and more).

The main responsibilities of Senior Application Consultant will be:

• providing stable service of applications
• solving issues raised in JIRA
• tools upgrades, migration, cloud migration
• solving users' requests and issues
• monitoring applications
• communicating with vendors, stakeholders and application owners/support
• reporting, Incident, change and problem management
• downtime and maintenance planning
• application technical support - support of business critical applications
• plugins testing/development/installations/updates
• workflow customization

• active knowledge of English
• Windows and Linux Server administration- advanced
• experience with scripting languages, Java familiar
• MS SQL and Oracle (intermediate admin level)

• Amazon Web Services
• Chef, Puppet
