Presales Coordinator

Bratislava, Košice

We are looking for Presales Coordinator who will participate in pre-sales activities in our company in areas of:
- Cloud (projects and managed service)
- SAP (projects and managed service)
- Web/Mobile Apps/Content Management (projects and managed service).

The main responsibilities are:

• Bringing the solution proposal and technical description of solution in for customer understandable form,
• Accompanying sales at offer presentation to describe to the customer the technical solution,
• Preparing question list for customer (if more detailed information about customer request is needed),
• Preparing cost estimation,
• Preparing case studies (together with Sales and Delivery) from similar implementations/services (similar to those which customer is requesting),
• Preparing road map for application innovation cycle,
• Defining delivery model,
• Binding in delivery colleagues if needed (e.g. missing expertise/experience in demanded area – this will happen plenty of times).

• Active knowledge of English,
• Active knowledge of German,
• Experience in project management, service management, consulting or line management area,
• Experience with SAP, Cloud, Web/Mobile or Content Management Systems within Utility Domain,
• Ability to understand customer requirements quickly and bring answers in ‘customer friendly’ way (from content and way of communication perspective),
• Organizational skills (best would be track record about project management / service management),
• Ability to work in virtual teams based in different locations and time zones.
