Application Analyst

Košice

We are looking for Application Analyst for our customer in Germany.

The main responibilities of Application Analyst are:

• Assistance in maintaining strong working relationships with the company’s traders providing a service that is highly valued,
• Receiving and processing traders requirements,
• Tracking status of the requirement/order/error and liaising with business,
• Responding to general enquiries and ad-hoc requests,
• Coordinating process to ensure professional flow of information to the customer, suppliers, developers,
• Coordinating incident, problem, change, escalation management and operational documentation,
• Coordinating customer-driven and / or technical changes during service lifecycle,
• Documentation updates,
• Rollout support.

• active knowledge of English,
• active knowledge of German- advantage,
• willingness to travel,
• knowledge of ITIL processes,
• knowledge of ticketing tools,
• Windows server administration,
• technical overview in OS, Network, Storage, Back up, Databases, Middleware,
• network knowledge (LAN, WAN),
• Citrix, FTP,
• excellent written and verbal communication skills required to build rapport and collaborative relationships with colleagues and customers,
• excellent organisational and coordination skills demonstrating the ability to prioritise a varied,
• experiences with RCA (Root Cause analyse) creating,
• experience with administrating a verity of web-based and client-based applications/systems,
• experience with relational databases such as; MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle,
• ability to solve customer desktop issues (desktop support).
