The SAP HCM Senior Consultant helps FPT customers in the area of SAP HCM enhancements, maintenance, consolidation and new implementation projects.
The main goal of the SAP HCM Senior Consultant is to:
  • Bring solutions/services which will help to increase customer performance of their business especially in the area of Human Capital Management.
  • Serve as a lead technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas (e.g. Payroll, Personal development, Performance Management, Travel Management, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management)
  • Assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analysis of data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Support upgrades, patches, testing as well as other technical projects.
  • Responsibility for the organization of the whole solution delivery (with a team of approx. 7 colleagues).
  • Active and significant participation in the pre-sales area (helping our sales team with the acquisition of new customers and farming within existing customer bases).

Required skills


  • 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM consultant,
  • fluent English or German language,
  • Experience with Payroll, HR & Payroll Business Processes and legal changes,
  • Experience with Time Management and Performance Management, Travel Management, Benefits Management and Project Management,
  • Experience with ESS/MSS,
  • Experience with Solution Architecture, Solution Design and Learning solution,
  • Experience with the upgrade process,
  • Experience with processes and forms,
  • Experience with the UI5 platform,
  • Experience with HR renewal 2.0,
  • Overview of SAP enhancement packages 5-7,
  • Experience with Netveawer portal or Netveawer business client.
