Job description, responsibilities and duties
Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our team as Order Management Specialist.
Location: Headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia
Responsibilities:
Communication and close cooperation with global sales team about orders
Managing inventory in warehouse management system:
Investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking into account the nature of the goods, cost, transit time and security
Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and transport requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with other countries' regulations (EU and 3rd countries)
Offering consolidation services by air, sea and road, ensuring cost and time efficiency
Arranging insurance and assisting the client in the event of a claim;
Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey, working closely together with sales managers and clients, following up deliveries from suppliers and to dealers.
