Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role:
The purpose of the role is to strengthen our global corporate marketing team with a focus on communication and market research.

The job holder will report to the Head of Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities:
In line with the above the job holder will:
 Develop and lead our corporate communications and market research strategy
 Plan, design and implement all internal and external communications projects related to FONA and FONA products (campaigns, brochures, ads, etc.)
 Create region/country specific sales materials
 Prepare press releases and any communication intended for clients and general public (web page, brochures, content for social media, etc.)
 Prepare (or review) and distribute internal communication
 Support our global sales force and business units through appropriate communication measures (product launch, corporate identity, etc.)
 Plan and execute market research projects, reporting of findings and providing input for influencing our corporate marketing strategy
 Bring strategic and competitive approaches to the research protocol that will enhance research processes to improve quality and efficiency
 Manage vendor relationships and oversees vendor execution in the case of outsourced marketing projects

Personality requirements and skills

 University Education with a degree in: Marketing, Business or Communication
 Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (Marketing, PR, driving campaigns and communications, etc.)
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent knowledge of English Language
 Ability to work well independently and in a semi-structured environment
 Team Player
 Ability to convey messaging across many mediums
 Orientation on detail
 Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task
 A self-starter
 Can- do attitude
