Job description, responsibilities and duties
Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our FONA team as a Financial Accountant in Bratislava.
You will be responsible for the double-entry book-keeping, financial reports, providing financial information as well as tax statements execution.
Your professional experience should be at least 3+ years in complex double-entry book-keeping.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Complex double-entry book-keeping
• Complete the preparation and posting of accruals as a part of the monthly closing
• Processing of refunds and travel expenses for our employees and sales agents
• Complete monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation
• Complete monthly VAT reporting, annual road tax reporting
• Support of the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process
• Support the timely reporting of key financial information
• Communication with international sales force
• Ensure compliance with FONA Dental accounting policies, procedures and processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax legislation
• Support of our ERP solutions
