Job description, responsibilities and duties
SHORT SUMMARY
We are looking for a Master Data Specialist who will join our growing FONA team in Bratislava. You will be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of our master data in our ERP systems on a global level. Another additional task of your role will be the regular content management, updates and maintenance of our webpage.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Drive the EPR data collection process with our international sites
• Maintain master data in our ERP-system
• Ensure synchronization of master data between 3 ERP-systems of our international sites
• Manage data load error recovery
• Working on daily basis in international environment
• Make recommendations where appropriate to ensure all data remains consistent and standardized
• Regular maintenance and update of our webpage
• Upload and removal of news, campaigns, images and product information
• Close cooperation with Marketing and Product Management departments
• Support of Sales Managers and local FONA organizations in market specific updates
• Updates of local website language versions
• Cooperation with external webpage provider and advertising agencies
