Position:
Senior Engineer (m/f)
for transmission divisions (Software Development and Calibration)
in Asia with focus on one of these topics:
• Development Clutch Control/Strategy
• Development Driving Strategy
• Development Gear Control
• Software Tests
• Calibration Diagnostics
• Calibration Drivability
• Calibration Driving Strategy
• Calibration Shift Control
Organisational integration:
The candidate will be based in Asia and report directly to the relevant Lead Engineer.
Your tasks:
Calibration or Software function development for dual clutch transmission.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead and train teams of motivated young professionals project-related
• Responsible for own projects
• Communication with key suppliers
• One point contact internally and externally for own specialisation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Masters degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience with calibration tasks or software function development
• Excellent project management skills. Must be able to lead and coordinate projects alone.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, make timely decisions, and must be detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently
• International experience preferred
• Fluent English is a must; any additional language would be an advantage
• Open for new opportunities
• Resolute
