Process Engineer

• Implement the production of automotive electrical parts
• Actively take part in prototype-production
• Participation in layout and production line planning, machine specification
• Control and develop the production processes on a daily basis
• Production process planning according to the quality, efficiency and cost reduction requirements
• Analyze the possible failures, recommend corrective actions
• Keep contact with the product development team in assembly-related questions
• Take part in test production
• Create feasibility studies
• Scrap reduction, process optimization
• Create work and maintenance instructions

Used technologies:
• Test production
• Prototype production: 3D printing, scanning
• Root cause analysis
• Welding: plastic part welding, ultrasound welding, vibration welding
• Assembling electrical and plastic parts
• Jig design (only description and expectations, not planning it)

Here is some of what you’ll need…
• Mechanical or mechatronics engineer degree
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• At least 3 years of experience in production
• AutoCAD or SolidWorks knowledge (no need to design in this position)
• Experience in assembling is a plus
• Experience in plastic welding is a plus
• Flexibility, ability to work autonomously
• Good communication and negotiation skills
