This hands-on exhibition sales role will be to increase the amount clients spend and generate new business by handling incoming leads and sourcing new potential customers. The position offers you excellent opportunity to develop professionally within Fleming team structure.

The role involves telephoning and speaking to senior executives for the purpose of inviting delegates to attend, participate and gather best practice information relevant to their field of expertise.

The job involves:
• To be responsible for local stand sales for the portfolio and achieve agreed sales targets.
• To seek out, consider and evaluate new business opportunities.
• To successfully close incoming sales enquiries.
• To rebook existing clients and maximise revenue.
• Sell exhibition space in accordance with set targets to ensure the revenue budget is achieved and exceeded.
• Regularly and frequently review and monitor competitive publications/ exhibitions and identify new leads to ensure that sales opportunities are developed and maximised.
• Visit exhibitions and other events in order to make contact with current clients and develop relations with potential clients.
• To have excellent proposal writing skills and to be able to project manage and develop event concepts.
