Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
• Participation in employee recruitment for the company (from advertising, pre-selection, recruitment management of candidates...) / resp. individual recruitment work
• Participate in the adaptation process of the newly hired employees and communication with the employees (missing documents, signing relevant personnel documents, ensuring entry medical examination, provision of introductory information and instructions before start of employment, coordination of new employee start on the first working day etc.)
• Communication with the relevant institutions within the range of personnel and administration tasks (ensure personnel agenda of employees in IS, process reports)
• Participate in ensuring employee education, preparation of employee education plans, provision and execution of educational activities etc.
• Elaboration of candidate/employee evaluation
• Management and control of employee work attendance
• Employee and manager consultation by implementation of new rules and regulations in the frame of human resources (preparation of proposals and update of internal regulations related to HR )
• Benefit system implementation and managing
• Processing documents related to the origination and termination of employment relationship
• Proposals for optimizing the organization of work / organizational structure / effectiveness and efficiency of individual positions
• Responsibility for the policy of data protection in the company (required participation on training and to pass the exam in accordance with law no. 122/2013 on data protection)
Cooperation with colleagues on the field of data protection, cooperation on the field of private security of the company
• Cooperation with entity providing anti fire protection trainings, health and safety of work trainings - monitoring and implementation of appropriate training
• Cooperation with entity providing medical examination of the employees in accordance with law no. 124/2006 coll. on Safety and Health Protection at Work
