Job description, responsibilities and duties

We welcome you to our new concept of supporting clients with IT services for the most common operating systems and processes. Our clients' requests can include the following issues:


MS Word - documents & templates creating, text formatting, auto-text, add-in,
MS Excel - worksheets & templates creating, cells formatting, functions, pivot tables, VBA, add-ins,
MS Outlook,
presentation of complex topics.

We offer flexible working hours and a free choice of the work location.

We bill the client in units of 15 minutes and we pay 4 EUR for each 15 minutes, or 16 EUR an hour to the freelancers.

With the growth of our clients base will also come the opportunity to work more and grow together with us.

Reaction times are between 1 hour and 48 hours depending on the package the client signs, and the urgency level of the SLA. To guarantee the rare cases of 1 hour reaction time we need a couple of system admins. So if you would know somebody else, who would also like to join the team, please let us know. It doesn't matter where in Slovakia that person is located.

What we do

Our new Shared Services Center in Bratislava (soon to be available via www.thecostcutters.eu) will provide remote services on demand for small and medium sized companies in Germany and Austria. The services include IT support, IT consulting, web design, online marketing, data services & consulting, Microsoft Office support, graphic design,...

How we do it

All of these services will be centrally managed via our ticketing system (support platform) where our German speaking dispatchers will manage communications between the Slovak experts and the German speaking clients. A strong sales team in Germany and Austria will furthermore make sure, the client receives the services he needs, and is satisfied.
