We are currently looking for Project Support Analyst who will join our Project Management team. What will be your main responsibilities?

• Become a member of complex projects or large transformation programs consisting of multiple projects
• Support program managers and project managers in all project management processes
• Scheduling management - project plan maintenance, quality assurance, change control
• Risk, issue management - oversee identification process, quality of data, regular updates • Resource and finance management - Maintain the resource pipeline (supply/demand) and allocations
• Communication and reporting management - Assure regular updates, data quality for reports, facilitate cross work-stream status calls and document meeting minutes
• Change management - Assure the process is followed, end-to-end visibility on changes including delivery and commercial aspects
• Document management - Monitor baselining process, version control, data visibility to external parties
• Provide training to new program members on program management processes and tools • Assure programs are executed as per internal delivery methodology - Execute quality assurance on ad-hoc basis
• Be part of internal initiatives focused on improving project and program management processes and tools

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 2 years of experience in IS/IT
• Solid understanding of project management principles
• Strong process oriented person
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Ability to cope with multiple parallel assignments and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with MS Project or other project scheduling tools is an advantage
• Experience with ITIL / ITSM is an advantage
