Job description, responsibilities and duties
Perform a wide variety of advanced customer service and HR Transactional Support. Coordinate closely with team members who support other critical human resource processes, systems and data maintenance.
Consults, advises and instructs managers and HR team in regards to Payroll and HR Operations processes.
Responsible for escalated issues from HR Associate.
Partners with other departments to resolve issues. May work directly with various HR Operations teams to complete moderately complex projects.
Responds to moderate to complex inquiries. Able to work with human resources team members from around the globe.
Replacement of maternity leave.

Personality requirements and skills
Knowledge of payroll and HRMS systems, procedures, and practices required. Analytical skills is strongly preferred, PeopleSoft experience preferred.
Ability to use technology in both standard and creative ways to accomplish goals, improve efficiency and solve problems. Committed to providing a high level of service to customers by being very responsive, extremely accurate, having strong attention to detail and maintaining effective communications.
