Job description, responsibilities and duties
◦ Designs, installs, and maintains the enterprise network to meet the functional objectives of the business.
◦ Designs, develops and tests optimal telecommunications networks and related processes, including intra-corporate infrastructure and client connectivity solutions.
◦ Studies current telecom cost and proposes alternative methods to reduce cost, improve service quality.
◦ Proposes the use of new telecom products and networks.
◦ Assesses network application needs, provides network modeling and simulation consulting to clarify client server or internet/intranet application functionality, and evaluates and implement new advanced networking technologies.
◦ Involved with the network infrastructure, and the planning and design of enterprise local-area/wide-area network (LAN/WAN) solutions.

Personality requirements and skills
• 3-5 years of experience in implementation and support of Avaya Enterprise Voice Systems (Communication Manager, CMS, WFO, Messaging).
• 3-5 years of experience in Avaya Call Center Elite implementation and support.
• Current (valid) Avaya Certification for at least Avaya Communication Manager.
• Previous work experience in an Avaya Business Partner will be highly appreciated.
• Very good English knowledge.
