Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a SDLC Process Analyst, your main task will be to support Software Delivery Live Cycle process (SDLC) by performing requirements gathering, analyzing business process workflows and looking for ways to improve the software and systems already in place as well as identify where functionality can/cannot meet user requests. You will be collaborating with other technical teams to exploit new technologies to enhance the applications and service infrastructure.

This will involve:
• Support Change Management for SDLC
• Execute quality assurance activities against SDLC process utilized by various stakeholders
• Maintain best practices for using Toll and processes
• Monitor performance of SDLC supporting Tools including KPIs
• Train, guide, and assist stakeholders in use of SDLC tools
• Generate and distribute reports on regular basis
• Perform data management in SDLC tools (imports, exports)
• Be the go-to person for any Changes to Tool , enhancements and best practice questions.
• Maintain documentation of current tool suite and any enhancements and upgrades
• Facilitates activities with end users/stakeholders to support Governance processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in IS/IT
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and project management methodologies
• Strong process oriented person
• Ability to analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Strong work ethic with good time management
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence is an advantage
• Experience with managing teams is an advantage
• Experience with software development is an advantage
• Experience with ITIL / ITSM is an advantage
• Experience with SQL is an advantage
