Job description, responsibilities and duties

IAM security engineer performs daily system support tasks for global/EMEA scale IAM systems, including operational maintenance, 2nd and 3rd level user support, incident management, troubleshooting, identifying and solving technical problems. IAM engineer will participate in implementation of new IAM solutions both technically and organizationally including but not limited to designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting them. Communication and collaboration across various business units and organizational levels is necessary to accomplish work tasks. Information security engineer is the technical owner of supported solutions and is fully responsible for their end-to-end management.
Security engineer has oversight of access management services delivery and coordinate priorities to meet service level targets and quality.

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Good knowledge of Windows 2008/2012 administration with 6 years hands-on experience. Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, experience with security solutions focused on access controls.

At least 6 years of experience in several of the following fields:
•Database and applications administration and support
•Support of IT infrastructure including diagnostics of problems and solving them
•Configuration and administration of IT security solutions
•Scripting and automation of repeatable tasks
•Work on technical solutions for identity and access management
•Security solutions management and governance

Experience in implementing and supporting large IT projects
Good understanding of IT security architecture and controls principles
Ability to effectively communicate in English with colleagues across multiple countries and job levels
Knowledge of ITIL service management framework and its practical implementation
