Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
Coordinates delivery of Testing services for IT projects.
Understands and communicates the scope of testing required to meet the needs of the project or desired business capabilities.
Performs managing activities to include:
- Planning, coordination and reporting tasks
- Leads and coordinates testing activities for medium to large sized projects
- Researches new tools and testing approaches, and executes upon/monitoring the implementation of such items
- Builds a knowledge base or proficiency framework on the test
team(s) and applications and acquire subject matter expertise on the overall line of business pertaining to the test team(s)
- Is responsible for managing people, hiring, firing, performance reviews, compensation, and determining promotions

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
- Experienced in coordination of testing programs containing multiple projects
- Strong project management background, familiar with ITIL, PRINCE2 principles is advantage
- Ability to estimate, plan, evaluate impact of slippage in project delivery and ability to foresee implications, protecting position of testing team in the SDLC cycle.
- Ability to actively manage and drive dependencies
- Experienced in managing of delivery of multiple testing teams at the time
- Experienced in people/line management
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of related technical and business experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications.
