Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Business Analyst (BA) is the person that understands functionality we provide on acquiring platform, whenever client requests to create or change some functionality;

- Is responsible for communication, clarification and understanding of the client requirements and translating requirement into Business Solution Document (defining functional requirement) and in later project stages the Business and Technical Blueprint document (describing the change from functional as well as from technical point of view);

- BA works closely with Client Delivery Managers responsible for contact with the client and Subject Matter Experts from multiple IT Development teams where he/she facilitates the communication with strong focus on delivering the results within agreed timeline;

- Creates and updates platform documentation (Standard Solution Documents).

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Minimum of 4 years experience in comparable jobs
- Any experience within payment transaction business is strong advantage
- Profound knowledge in Business Analysis and definition of processes
- Experienced in stakeholder interview techniques to obtain a deep understanding of the stakeholder´s unique business processes, decision-relevant business rules and perceived needs
- Experienced in structured requirement definition
- Experienced in working in projects
- Fluent Business English (written and spoken) is must, German is advantage
- Working independently and solution oriented
- Distinctive understanding of functional and technical contexts
- Extended knowledge in working in an international organization and client facing meetings
- Ability to communicate to business as well as technical-representatives
